Akash Ambani-Shloka Mehta Wedding Party: Maroon 5 Set The Stage Ablaze With A Live Act, Watch Inside Videos

On March 9, Mukesh Ambani's son Akash married Shloka Mehta, daughter of billionaire diamantaire Russell Mehta. Their wedding was a grand affair with the who's who of Bollywood and cricketing world marking their presence. Last night, after the Mangal Parv, a wedding party was held which again had several celebrities gracing their presence.

However, the highlight clearly had to be the American pop-rock band Maroon 5 performing live for the newlyweds. In fact, in one of the videos, we can even see the couple doing a romantic dance as Adam Levine croons the popular number She Will Be Loved. Then, in another video, the band performs Girls Like You amidst loud cheers. Reportedly, both Akash and Shloka are said to be huge fans of the rock band. Check out the videos right here:

This isn't the first time that they have roped in international artistes to perform at their children's wedding. At Akash Ambani's twin sister Isha's pre-wedding celebrations, pop diva Beyonce had performed. And, at the pre-wedding bash of Akash in Switzerland's St Moritz, Coldplay singer Chris Martin and The Chainsmokers did a live performance. Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan even danced on-stage at the bash.

The post-wedding revelry saw Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Karan Johar shake a leg as baraatis along with the groom and his mother Nita Ambani. Even Priyanka Chopra and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan danced together. The wedding saw a huge turnout of A-listers. Tonight, will be the grand reception and many faces from Bollywood are expected to attend.
